Larger groups

Booking for two nights midweek is £1280 or weekend £1440 for up to 16 people. Extra people £90 per person.

 

 

Bank holidays (three nights):

For larger groups contact me for pricing - £120 per person after 16 for the long weekend - you can pay a deposit of £300 and then pay in monthly instalments

 

Minimum booking at the weekend for larger groups is 16.

 

 

 

T's and C's / the fiddly bits:

 

Use of the hot tub is included in the cost.

 

Children under 2-years are free with own cot and bedding.

 

Prices are per stay not per day and include all bedding, logs for the fire pit and hot tub as well as gas for cooking. Hen/ Stag and larger parties welcome, you can bring extra tents once mine are full, but please discuss this before booking.

 

I’m a chef with 40-years experience and can cook meals for you if you fancy a night off cooking (contact me to arrange this in advance). The cost for a feast with dessert is £25 per person. I specialise in Sri Lankan and Thai curries but am open to suggestions. (See the catering menus tab for more details).

 

I love to make celebration cakes (see gallery) prices £2 per person. All ingredients are locally sourced and organic when possible.

 

Well behaved dogs are welcome and we charge an extra £20 per booking. We are in sheep country so they must be walked on a lead through sheep fields. Please bring their own bedding. We have 1 cat Merlin and Belle a terrier so your dogs must be friendly.

 

Directions will be emailed to you once you’ve booked.

 

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible - all bedding is provided and you only need to bring your food, clothes, toiletries, walking boots/wellies and towels.

 

A deposit of £300 will secure your dates and the balance needs to be paid one month in advance. If booking within 6 weeks the full amount is payable. Payment to be made by bank transfer.

 

Cancellation by yourselves will only be refunded if I can re-let the booking.

 

£200 damages deposit added to each booking which will be returned a week after your stay once I have had a chance to check the camp.
